"Good cabin for the price"
for a quick Smoky Mountains trip, this cabin worked out really well for us. We booked through Cabins USA and felt like the price was fair. The place was clean, had everything basic we needed, and the view was actually nicer than I expected for what we paid.
Check-in was simple too, which I always appreciate. It wasn’t super fancy or anything, but it was comfortable, easy, and worth the money. I’d definitely consider booking with them again if the prices stay reasonable.

Overall, the cabin was close to what was shown in the photos. I was in a good mood when we arrived, so the little differences didn’t really bother me much, but there were a few small things that looked a bit different from the listing.

I appreciated that the total cost was easy to understand before checkout. The taxes and fees showed up early in the process, so there weren’t any last-minute surprises, which made me feel more confident booking. "I’m not the most patient person when..."
I’m not the most patient person when it comes to driving around looking for food or getting into town, so this cabin was perfect. The location made everything really easy, and we didn’t waste time figuring out where to go. For a quick trip, it took a lot of the stress out of it. I’d definitely stay here again.

"Helpful customer service, worth calling if you have questions"
I had a few questions before booking, so I called customer service and they were really helpful. The person I spoke with was patient, explained things clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They helped me figure everything out quickly. If you’re unsure about anything before booking, I’d say just give them a call, it made the process a lot easier for me. I’d use them again.

"Comfortable and secure cabin stay"
Booking through Cabins USA was simple, and we felt safe once we got to the cabin. The door lock worked like it should, the outside lights were helpful, and the area was nice and quiet. I also appreciated getting the check-in details by email so we didn’t have to meet up with anyone. The only thing I would’ve liked is a little more clarity about the security deposit. Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d consider booking with them again.

"Nice cabin, and the pool made it feel worth the price"
We had a good stay overall. The cabin was comfortable, and having access to the pool was a really nice bonus, especially since we were trying to keep the trip budget-friendly and still have something fun for the kids to do. The pool wasn’t too crowded when we went, which was great. My only complaint is that the pool area could’ve been cleaned up a bit more, but for the price, we felt like it was a good value and we’d consider staying again.

"Canceling went smoother than I expected"
I canceled and the refund came through just fine. i was half expecting some hassle, but it was handled well. I kind of get the feeling they’ve probably streamlined the cancellation process recently, though I don’t actually know that for sure

We ran into a problem with our cabin reservation, i was already thinking it was going to turn into one of those stressful back-and-forth situations, you know?
I ended up calling Cabins USA, and the woman I spoke with was really nice and handled it way faster than I expected. She explained what had happened and got everything fixed without making me feel like I was being a hassle. Mistakes happen, right? But they took care of it well, and I’d definitely book with them again...

We booked through cabinsusa.com, and I was relieved when we first walked in. The cabin didn’t have that weird musty rental smell or an overpowering cleaner scent, just a “fresh and normal” kind of smell.

The air felt good the whole time we were there, even being up in the mountains. We slept well and didn’t wake up feeling stuffy, which has definitely happened to me in other rentals before.

It might sound like a small thing, but it really made the stay more comfortable. I’d “definitely book again” after this experience

"Maintenance showed up faster than I expected"
I had a small issue in my place, and even though it wasn’t anything huge, I figured it was better to report it before it turned into a bigger problem. Maintenance came really quickly and took care of it without any hassle, which I definitely appreciated
